Shipping policy

Freight for all furniture pieces will be determined within 48hrs of purchases. Once checked out, our customer service team will contact you to accept or decline the freight shipping costs.

All online furnishings noted as a “Showroom Piece” will be crated and scheduled for freight pickup within 7-10 business days. Please allow all custom built products a 4-8 week lead time to complete before shipping. 

Worldwide shipping options are available and will be calculated within 48hrs of your purchase. No production will begin until accepting/processing the shipping quote. If the buyer does not accept the shipping estimate they will be fully refunded within 48hrs of declining the transaction.
